Terms and Conditions for Event Participation
§ 1 General Provisions
- These terms and conditions ("Regulations") define the rules for participation in the Competitiveness & Security Business Summit ("CSBS25"), organized by the Business & Science Poland Employers' Association ("Organizer").
- The event will take place on March 19, 2025, in Brussels, at the Organizer’s office: Rue Belliard 40, 1040 Brussels.
- Participation in the event is free of charge and voluntary.
- By participating in the event, attendees accept these Regulations.
§ 2 Participation Rules
- Participation in CSBS25 is open to individuals who have registered via [Competitiveness & Security Business Summit | Registration].
- The Organizer reserves the right to limit the number of participants if the venue reaches maximum capacity.
- Participants must comply with safety regulations and all applicable rules at the event venue.
- The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant whose behavior disrupts public order, violates the law, or breaches these Regulations.
§ 3 Registration and Personal Data
- Participants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available at [Privacy Policy].
- Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of organizing CSBS25.
- Participants have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their data in accordance with GDPR regulations.
§ 4 Photography and Recording
- The Organizer informs participants that photos and video recordings may be taken during CSBS25 and used for documentation and promotional purposes (e.g., on social media, the event website, or in the Organizer’s reports).
- By participating in the event, attendees consent to their image being recorded and published in materials created by the Organizer.
- Individuals who do not consent to being photographed or recorded should inform the Organizer before the event begins or avoid areas where video recording is taking place.
§ 5 Order and Liability Rules
- Participants are required to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of the Organizer and event staff.
- The Organizer is not responsible for personal belongings left, lost, or stolen during CSBS25. Participants are responsible for securing their own property.
- Participants are fully liable for any damages they cause at the event venue.
- The Organizer is not liable for accidents, injuries, or unforeseen incidents resulting from a participant’s failure to follow safety regulations.
§ 6 Changes to the Event Program
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify the program and schedule of CSBS25 if required by organizational or unforeseen circumstances.
- The Organizer will make every effort to notify participants of any significant changes as soon as possible.

§ 8 Final Provisions
- These Regulations take effect from the moment of publication.
- Any issues not covered in the Regulations will be resolved by the Organizer in accordance with applicable law.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Regulations. Any changes will be published on the event website and will take effect upon announcement.
- The Organizer is not responsible for disruptions caused by force majeure (e.g., extreme weather conditions, technical failures, or administrative decisions preventing the event from taking place).
